Director, Producer, Co-Writer

A.J. Ciccotelli (Director/Producer/Screenwriter) is the director/producer/screenwriter of the short films I.W.S.K. and The Dance and the producer of the film Ricky’s Story. Ripples of Water marks his feature film debut as a film director. He is in the works for these future film projects Bernine Artold’s Cheek, Box of Memories, Reunited (And if feels so cruel), the web series Christine Needs to Take a Nap and the film adaptation of his plays Toward a Grassy Knoll and Fab & Ren. He holds a M.F.A. in playwriting from the Actors Studio Drama School and a M.A. in directing from Roosevelt University in Chicago. His one act Ripples of Water was first presented at La Strada Ensemble Theater where he is the artistic director in June 2017 starring Gian Carlo Durland and Phil Korz, his co-partners in the journey called Row Boat Productions LLC.


Gian Carlo Durland

Producer, Co-Writer

After more than a decade of producing and writing short videos and live humorous training presentations for the US Army, Gian Carlo adapted his short play, PRAY into a short film which he also starred in. The film was featured by the TAMBAY and the NY International Independent Film and Video festival (With screenings in NY, LA and Las Vegas).

His plays include “Placebos and Peccadilloes”, the book to the Musical “Reach for the Stars”, “Cope” and is currently at work on “Belly” a full length comedy. GCD has also directed dozens of stage productions as well as compiled and arranged multiple musical revues.

However, the credit he is most proud of is co-writing the screenplay for Ripples of Water with A.J. Ciccotelli which was based on A.J’s wonderful one act play. Next for GCD are two television pilots , a comedy/satire involving the antique world and a psychic thriller. Both are being developed with several of his Ripples of Water collaborators.

Eric Hackler

Eric Hackler is an award winning writer & director born and raised in NJ.

He started acting at age 8 and since then, has studied filmmaking in Europe, Boston and Los Angeles working on both the business & creative side of the film industry.

Over the last 10 years, Eric has directed over 20 short films as well as three features.

His scripts and films have been featured in festivals and his theatrical productions have won awards across NJ.


 Devin Dean

Devin Dean is an up and coming Director, Writer, and Fight Choreographer. Growing up with a martial arts background, he decided to combine his love for film and martial arts to express his vision through film. Over the last few years, he has worked on several short and feature films, working various positions as production assistant, script supervisor, and assistant director. In 2017, he founded Martial Evolution for his fight choreography and future films he has planned to direct over the next few years.
